2. Berschauer Group
Berschauer Group Inc is proud to complete the Bonney Lake High School Performing Art Center in Washington State. This high-profile project involved the complete construction of a new 15,344 sqft performing arts center and all related site work.
The building came under Construction Type II-B and included complete electrical and mechanical systems. The building is also fully sprinklered. The building is designed in a Northwest style with a low slope metal roof incorporating deep overhangs. Exterior materials include brick, stucco, and cement panel systems.
